-the residents of Bangalore(capital of the Indian state of Karnataka) enjoyed on Tuesday the presence of Lewis Hamilton who took to the streets of the indian city in his 2008 world championship-winning car: MP4-23. Over 40 000 people stand there to watch the show and witness the unique sight and sound of an F1 supercar

- Manager and Renault doctor of Robert Kubica have shown their optimism over Robert Kubica returning to F1 for the 2012 season. Following his near-fatal rallying accident of 6 February, the Polish remains in the Enstone team’s driver line-up alongside Vitaly Petrov. Ceccarelli adds that the 26-year-old from Kraków – who was recently pictured with family members, appearing notably fitter – has now regained full sensitivity in his fingertips, with his right hand having been partially severed in the accident(source: gpupdate)


-Renault team says even if in the early season results were podium and good places, now latest results(like last 8-9 races) were very poor and that, they say, may be caused by issues in their innovative forward-facing exhausts, although initially envied up and down the pit lane, technical director James Allison believes that the concept is flawed(at least at low-speed tracks like Singapore)

-Sauber F1 team has confirmed a partnership with AMUL for next month race at Indian GP and the logos of India’s largest milk brand will be appearing on the rear wings and helmets of Kobayashi and Sergio Pérez. Amul produces 4 billion litres of milk every year, with 3 million milk producers spread across 15 000 villages(its products include ice-cream and yoghurt)



-more than a quarter of the current F1 grid will take part in Felipe Massa’s annual karting event (at Florianopolis - Ingeleses Kart track in Brazil) in december 3-4 with actual f1 drivers having agreed to participate in the charity fundraiser: Rubens Barrichello, Pastor Maldonado, Bruno Senna, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Jaime Alguersuari and Adrian Sutil. The full line-up contains famous names from world motorsport: Lucas di Grassi, Jules Bianchi and Luciano Burti
